Amir arranged apprenticeships to give hands-on work opportunities to students. For this, in 2018, he started the activities of a digital agency called 'Edulife Agency'. At first, the agency worked for several domestic clients. After that foreign customers started getting work. After that, there was no looking back. Now the Edulife agency is a strong team of about 30 people, out of which 20 are Edulife students and others work with Edulife from different districts of Bangladesh and outside the country. The institution was recognized as the best institution in the district in the category of 'Education, Skill and Employment Creation' in the Digital Innovation Fair held across the country in December 2022.
